Celebrate National Yoga Day with BetterLife!

Join us Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 6:00 pm CT for our first virtual yoga event with yoga instructor Kristin Johnson Bott. All levels of yoga experience are welcome and encouraged to participate. All BetterLife members, their families, and guests are welcome to attend this free virtual event! Register to attend by filling out the form for each participant below.

A sought-after expert, motivational speaker, and consultant, Kristin is the Owner and Founder of Mindful Wellness, LLC which has a three-tiered focus: Mindfulness Training, Nutrition and Fitness/Yoga. An early adaptor and advocate for mindfulness and corporate/school wellness, Kristin has brought mindful strategies, brain research, yoga practice, vision board workshops, intention setting and meditation to schools and companies for fifteen years.
