BetterLife will cover the hotel stay, that of a guest sharing their room, and food and beverages for all member leaders. They’ll also have the chance to engage with educational resources and collaborate with fellow member leaders to enhance events and communications. More details about each event will be shared soon.
Additionally, if you are officially inducted into a member group leadership role and become a member leader after registration closes or the event takes place, BetterLife will reimburse your event registration fee.
Travel costs will not be reimbursed for the event. Additionally, buses picking up from and dropping off at the venue will not be provided. If you have any questions, please contact the Member and Community Engagement team.

Yes! All winners of a BetterLife National Scholarship from 2021 to 2025 will receive free registration for the event. Winners can also bring one guest for free (the guest must be under 21 years old and accompanied by an adult at all times). The winner must also meet the hotel’s room rental requirements.

BetterLife may offer a Youth Track for smaller, detailed discussions if there are at least 10 youth participants. These sessions will include activities and presentations on relevant topics.
A Youth Track is a focused session within the larger event designed for youth participants to engage in more detailed discussions in a smaller group, learning more about leadership. During these sessions, youth attendees may also participate in activities or listen to presentations that provide deeper insights into relevant topics.
Yes! You may register for and attend any of the BetterLife Regional Gatherings. Please remember travel costs associated with attending any of the BetterLife Regional Gatherings will not be reimbursed.
These educational learnings will be subject to change.
Regional Gatherings are meant to be a fun and educational experience. Guests are encouraged to dress between business casual and casual.
