Meet Leanna Letuchy, BetterLife’s New Chief Financial Officer
We’re excited to introduce Leanna Letuchy as BetterLife’s new Chief Financial Officer, who joined us on October 8, 2025.
Leanna brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and benefits administration industries, with a strong background in financial strategy, planning, and analysis. She’s held leadership roles at a variety of companies where she focused on building strong financial systems and supporting long-term growth. When asked what brought her to BetterLife, Leanna shared that she was “drawn to BetterLife because of its community impact, deep values, and member-focused culture,” and felt called to join a team that cares deeply about both performance and people.
As CFO, Leanna will guide BetterLife’s financial strategy, oversee budgeting and reporting, and help ensure we continue to grow in ways that support our mission and serve our members. She’s known for helping organizations make clear, informed choices—qualities that will benefit our member-owned community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Yura, and their two teenage sons. She’s also a football enthusiast, co-commissioner of a fantasy football league, and is currently perfecting her grilling and smoking skills—hosting taste tests for friends and family.
We’re thrilled to welcome Leanna to the BetterLife community and look forward to the positive impact she’ll make as we continue to grow and serve our members.
